IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE QUILTS TO ENTER:
Please complete a separate form submission for each entry.
Cost of Entry: Cost of entering is $25 per “Judged Quilt”, or you can enter your quilt in the “Exhibit Only” category for $10. There is also an additional mandatory $5 per quilt fee for insurance. Downunder Diversions/UQSM insures quilts up to $500 for this insurance fee. It is highly recommended that quilts over $500 in value be appraised and that the owner obtain appropriate additional insurance to insure the quilt while in transit and at the show. Quilts appraised at a value over $500 are the owner’s responsibility to insure.
Quilt Category Limits: If a quilt category falls below (5) five quilt entries, UQSM (Utah Quilting & Sewing Marketplace), reserves the right to cancel that category. Entries within the terminated category will be recategorized at the discretion of the judging coordinator.
